More than fifty years have passed since the discovery of the first mycotoxin, aflatoxin. Since then, numerous new mycotoxins have been identified. It has been established that most mycotoxins are produced by fungi that infect crops in the field during the growing season.

Under our climatic conditions, contamination by fungi of the Fusarium genus is the most common. These fungi produce mycotoxins belonging to the trichothecene group, including aflatoxin, T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone, ochratoxin, and others.

LAKRUA LLC offers LaSorb, a classic mycotoxin adsorbent specifically developed to address the challenges of our climatic conditions, as well as organic mycotoxin adsorbents that effectively bind a broad spectrum of mycotoxins.

LaSorb — complex mycotoxin adsorbent

COMPOSITION:

  • bentonite-montmorillonite — 50.75 ± 5%;
  • sepiolite — 31 ± 5%;
  • inactivated dry hydrolyzed yeast cells Saccharomyces cerevisiae — 18 ± 5%;
  • calcium carbonate — 0.25 ± 5%.

The adsorbent of mycotoxins LaSorb has been used in feed production, including production of granulated feeds, under 85°С.

Adsorption capacity ofLaSorb:

  • aflatoxin В1 — 95–99%;
  • ochratoxin А — 76–85%;
  • Т-2 toxin — 78–88%;
  • zearalenone — 78–96%;
  • fumonisin В1 — 91–97%;
  • DON — 68–78%.

Recommended dosage:

  • pigs and poultry — 0,5–2 kg/t complete feed.

Feed additives, which combine several types of adsorbents, such as mineral and organic, are considered the most effective because of their synergistic effect. They are often effective in small dosages, binding and neutralizing the largest number of mycotoxin varieties.

LaSorb is a feed additive, designed for adsorption of mycotoxins in feeds for livestock animals, including poultry. Biological properties of the additive are due to the mineral and organic components. LaSorb is active in the feeds and continue to work in the gastrointestinal tract.

LaSorb effectively binds and suppresses aflatoxins, ochratoxins, fusarium toxins, what is proven by several trials, conducted in the independent organizations. Cell Yeast — organic mycotoxin adsorbent

Active substance: dried cell walls of yeast culture Saccharomyces cerevisiae — 100%.

Contains:

  • mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) — 20-28%;
  • β-glucans — 20-35%;
  • crude protein — 20-28%;
  • moisture — not more than 6%.

Adsorption capacity:

  • Aflatoxin B1 — not less than 62%;
  • Fumonisin B1 — not less than 60%;
  • Zearalenone — not less than 88%;
  • Ochratoxin A — not less than 85%.

Recommended dosage:

  • Dairy cows: 10–20 g/head/day, administered twice daily, or 0.5–2.0 kg/ton of feed.
  • Calves (from 10 days of age): 5–7 g/head/day or 0.5–2.0 kg/ton of feed.
  • Sows, boars, and piglets (from 10 days of age): 1.5–2.0 kg/ton of feed.
  • Broilers, laying hens, and chicks (from 5 days of age): 1–2 kg/ton of feed.

Sel East is a next-generation organic mycotoxin adsorbent based on specially processed cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.

The product is designed to adsorb and biotransform a broad spectrum of mycotoxins in feeds for livestock and poultry.

Mannan oligosaccharides improve intestinal morphology, prevent the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to the intestinal epithelium, stimulate the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora, and enhance the overall resistance of the animal.
